UpSpand processes this information to provide, operate, maintain, and support the contracted services, subject to the applicable client agreement and legal requirements.

If you interact with one of our clients and have a question or request concerning information that client collected from you, you may need to direct your request to that client. UpSpand may assist the client as required by the applicable agreement or law.
